What happens after I place my order?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received it.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email with tracking details.

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched, especially during launch periods or restocks.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Australian orders:

Standard postage: 2–5 business days.

Express postage: 1–2 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

You’ll receive full tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Occasionally, delays can happen during transit.

What if the item is out of stock?

Each RUHÉ hijab is produced in limited quantities, with our printed pieces designed and hand-illustrated in collaboration with designers.

If an item is sold out, some prints might not return, but solids will be restocked.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes to the items or delivery address.

Please ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.

Return/Exchange policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs, caps, or magnets.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
